Logo Formats

Read below to find out what each file is used for, and what file type will work best for you and your project.

  • EPS: This is a vector file which means it can be scaled up indefinitely. It is a universal file formation which can be used by most vector drawing programs. This file type is best used for a high-quality, professional print. Available in CMYK only. Not to be used online.
  • JPG: This is a raster file with no transparency to it. These files can be used on small-scale, in-house printable documents, as part of presentations, or on the web. They can not be used beyond their original size as raster files do not stretch larger than their original size.
  • PNG: This is a raster file which holds transparency. Best used solely for digital media. It’s not recommended that you use this file type for print as you might see discrepancies due to file conversion at print.
  • SVG: This is a vector and is web-safe. Most modern browsers support this file. It’s great to use for logos on digital media as it does not lose resolution. This file type is not suitable for imagery. Available in RGB only. Not to be used for print.

Logo Packs

Each logo pack contains full colour, black and whiteout versions in EPS, JPG, PNG and SVG formats. In addition to these file types, the design team hold master Adobe Illustrator files which all of the above have been exported from. If you require a different file type, or a file type at a specific size, please contact one of the designers.
